Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors/ suppliers.
  • Responsible to expedite the delivery of products/materials and payment.
  • To evaluate vendor/ supplier’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
  • To resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors/ suppliers.
  • To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance to the clients hence enhancing the relationships.
  • To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements.
  • To develop, implement and review sales and marketing plans/ strategies to meet company’s objectives.
  • To identity and explore new/related business opportunities to meet the sales productivity target.
  • To provide support to the sales promotions and advertising campaigns to ensure that the returns for these investments and spend must be generating value and profitability.
  • To develop and design promotional artwork and graphic designs and layouts for company marketing projects covering product packaging, promotion poster, banners, digital marketing artwork, E-commerce advertisement, website contents, and social media platforms.
  • To provide support for development of marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • To work closely with team from Trading Division and Warehouse to ensure optimal inventory working capital, healthy product portfolio, zero product write-offs, no over-stocking and maximizing profitability.
  • To provide support to research and determine the commercialization from concept to marketability of a new product or service, pricing and product placement, and test out the level of public interest for a new product or service.
  • To prepare and analyze customer’s feedback from social media platforms for improvement and to response to build customer’s confidence and loyalty.
  • Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent. For those candidates with Bachelor’s Degree in other disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Account, IT & etc.) who are interested in sales and marketing also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience is required.
  • Sound knowledge and established network in oil palm. Experience knowledge in agriculture industry will be added advantage.
  • Able to gather and evaluate sales and market information and making actionable recommendations.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess strong commitment, able to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Willing to travel whenever required.
  • Position will be based in Semenyih and is required to attend meeting at HQ office in KL.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To assist in shipping and delivery schedule.
  • To liaise with sales & marketing team and customer regarding delivery enquiries.
  • To be responsible for delivery order, despatch note, invoice, supply chain issuance and do matching accordingly.
  • To perform data entry and maintain relevant records / document.
  • To support overall warehouse administrative works.
  • Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/ STPM/ “A” Level/ Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
  • Meticulous, well organized and hardworking.
  • Computer literate.
  • Preferable having administration and warehouse operating experience.
  • Willing to work for 5.5 days a week.
  • Position will be based in warehouse located in Semenyih, Selangor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure inspection for each receiving of cargo and materials from manufacturer/supplier before acceptance.
  • To organize goods movement activities in the warehouse is according to the purchase order, size and type.
  • To ensure the goods are stored at designated area without causing damages or contamination.
  • To ensure the goods are properly line with necessary preservation and free from any contaminants before loading and deliver to clients.
  • To organize goods loading into the container or other delivery mode to meet the priority and schedule given.
  • To ensure goods packaging and loading activities with the right quantity, size, lot number and good condition.
  • To coordinate and control receiving and issuing of inventory on daily basis.
  • To update and maintain store records, stock movement record and inventory record.
  • To conduct monthly physical inventory check and submit inventory report to the Management.
  • To ensure proper housekeeping and preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
  • Comply with regulations to ensure safety and security of storage area and walkways.
  • Responsible for any other related duties assigned by the Management.
  • Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM level with working experience in store and inventory management.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to operate forklift proficiently.
  • Able to work independently and to priorities tasks with effective time management.
  • Computer skill is essential.
  • Willing to work for 5.5 days a week.
  • Position will be based in warehouse located in Semenyih, Selangor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To assist and support Storekeeper on goods movement and storing activities in the warehouse.
  • To pack the goods in accordance with the right quantity, size, lot number and good condition.
  • To move all goods from storage area to loading area and provide tags and labels based on order requirement prior to the goods delivery to clients.
  • To ensure proper housekeeping and preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
  • To send or collect any related goods/parcels/ documents.
  • To assist any office related works when required.
  • Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM level with or without working experience.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to operate forklift is preferred.
  • Good team work, hardworking & responsibility.
  • Willing to work for 5.5 days a week.
  • Position will be based in warehouse located in Semenyih, Selangor.
