Growing Connections: Farmer Talk Miri 2026

We were pleased to take part in Farmer Talk Miri 2026, held on 20 July 2026 in Miri, Sarawak. The event brought together plantation operators, growers, fertiliser distributors and other agricultural industry players for a day of knowledge sharing, product engagement and meaningful connections within the farming community.

During the event, Maqtra International had the opportunity to introduce Mbio, our biochar-based fertiliser solution, and share more about its benefits, application and usage in agricultural practices. The session also provided an opportunity for participants to learn more about Maqtra International and our role as a fertiliser distributor and supplier of agricultural raw materials, with a focus on biochar-based fertiliser solutions.

The Maqtra team engaged directly with farmers, growers and industry players through product discussions and knowledge sharing. Participants had the opportunity to learn more about Mbio, ask questions and gain practical insights into the application of biochar-based fertiliser. Customer testimonials were also shared to provide a better understanding of the product and its use in agricultural settings.

Beyond product sharing, Farmer Talk Miri 2026 also provided an opportunity for Maqtra International to strengthen relationships with existing customers and establish new connections with potential clients and industry partners. The event also featured fertilizer purchase promotions and a lucky draw, creating an engaging experience for participants.

We are grateful to everyone who visited and participated in the event. Farmer Talk Miri 2026 was a valuable opportunity for Maqtra International to connect with the agricultural community, share our solutions and continue building stronger relationships with growers and industry players in Sarawak.
